Event Services
Events held at the Charles Allis are conveniently arranged
through the Event Services Staff. The staff will be happy
to assist with:
- Basic audio/visual set-up is available to our clients at no extra charge. This includes the following: screen, slide projector, podium, and microphone
- Date reservations
- Recommendations for all amenities (caterer; bar service, florist, etc.)
- Determination of costs and fees for your event
- Assistance before, during, and after your event
- Coordination of delivery schedules, event set up and breakdown, and billing
