Directions from the South:
(Traveling northbound on I-94 West)
1. Take the BECHER Street Exit Ramp
2. Turn RIGHT onto W. Becher Street
3. Turn slight Right onto E. Lincoln Avenue Viaduct
4. Turn Right onto S. Car Ferry Drive
5. Turn Right to I-794 Northbound On Ramp
6. Merge onto I-794 Northbound
7. Take the Lincoln Memorial Drive Exit
8. At 2nd traffic light, turn Left on Michigan Avenue
9. Turn Right on Van Buren Street
10.Turn Right on E. Wisconsin Avenue
11.Wisconsin Avenue becomes Prospect Avenue
12.Continue for approximately 2 miles
13.Turn Left onto E. Royall Place
The Charles Allis Museum is located one block
north of Brady Street on the northwest corner
of Prospect Avenue and E. Royall Place.
Directions from the North:
(Traveling southbound on I-43 South)
1. Take Exit 78 - Silver Spring Road and
turn Left (east)
2. Silver Spring Road becomes Lake Drive
3. Follow Lake Drive south, past Capital Drive,
past the Lincoln Memorial Drive turnoff,
to North Avenue
4. Turn Right on North Avenue
5. Turn Left on Farwell Avenue - proceed
6 blocks to E Royall Place
6. Turn Left on E. Royall Place
The Charles Allis Museum is located on the corner
of Prospect Avenue and E. Royall Place.
Directions from the West:
(Traveling eastbound on I-94 East)
1. Continue on to I-794 Eastbound to Exit 1E
(Jackson/ Van Buren Street Exit )
2. Turn slight left or Merge on to North
Van Buren Street
3. Turn Right on to E. Wisconsin Avenue
4.Wisconsin Avenue becomes Prospect Avenue
5. Continue for approximately 2 miles
6.Turn Left onto E. Royall Place
The Charles Allis Museum is located one block
north of Brady Street on the northwest corner
of Prospect Avenue and E. Royall Place.
